Junhao Chen is a JSD Candidate at NYU Law where he is writing a dissertation on China’s telecommunications industry.
He received an LLM in Legal Theory from New York University School of Law where he was Dean’s Scholar, research assistant to Prof. Katherine Strandburg and Academic Chair of Antitrust and Competition Law Society. He completed JD with Honors from George Washington University Law School where he was research assistant to Prof. Robert Brauneis and Prof. Bill Kovacic. He graduated from New York University with an accelerated B.A./M.A.
He also briefly pursued doctoral studies at University of Freiburg, University of Chicago and University of Tuebingen.
His research focuses on antitrust (both U.S. and international), intellectual property (copyright, trademark and patent) and economic regulations.
